It has four simple steps.

After releasing all the feelings, you have to utter a phrase called Hoo for at least ten minutes with the help of the residual energy.

Thirdly, you have to sit like a statue without any movement for the next fifteen minutes minimum. This way, you will absorb energy from the surroundings and become conscious about the sense organs and everything that is happening around.

Finally, you have to celebrate happiness by dancing and rejoicing for the next fifteen minutes. These easy and crazy phases will keep you joyful and positive throughout the day. You would be able to remove all the negativities from within those hold you back by practicing it daily.
