You might think that all you do when you meditate is merely get out of your way while you ride your bike. It’s important to be able to stop and catch your breath since you’re on the move and the last thing you want to do is not being able to breathe properly. Practice your breathing, and pay attention to what your body tells you.

As you become more comfortable with your posture, you will be able to take longer, deeper breaths, which will bring you into a more natural feeling. You’ll find that you have no problems holding it when you go into the deepest state of meditation.
For those who are learning, you can do meditation for no more than fifteen minutes, or a little more than an hour if you want to. However, some people use that time to relax, so you don’t have to rush it. The more meditations you do, the better your mind becomes at controlling itself.
The point is to find a comfortable position, and then just sit there and concentrate on your breathing. If you have a partner to help you, they can help you meditate by taking turns going into deep meditations so you are not alone.
